Beginner – Experienced Players
US Lacrosse Membership Required for all players.

STEP 1 Download & Sign “Informed Consent Form”
STEP 2 Email the signed “Informed Consent Form” to AngelCityLacrosse@gmail.com
STEP 3 Enter the player’s information.
STEP 4 Enter parent/guardian information to complete the registration form and reserve a spot.
STEP 5 Send payment. Payments may be made by Venmo @angelcitylacrosse, with cash, or by check made out to “Angel City Training”.

Angel City Lacrosse’s Youth Clinic is a unique opportunity for student athletes interested in trying lacrosse and learning the game from an elite and experienced team. The event is open to players of all levels that are looking to develop their skills and experience the excitement of one of the fastest growing sports on the West Coast.
